近日，中共中央、國務院印發(fā)了《數(shù)字中國建設整體布局規(guī)劃》（以下簡稱《規(guī)劃》）。《規(guī)劃》指出，建設數(shù)字中國是數(shù)字時代推進中國式現(xiàn)代化的重要引擎，是構筑國家競爭新優(yōu)勢的有力支撐。
China has rolled out a plan for the overall layout of the country's digital development. Building a digital China is important for the advancement of Chinese modernization in the digital era, and provides solid support for the development of new advantages in the country's competitiveness, according to the plan, which was jointly released by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.

《規(guī)劃》明確，數(shù)字中國建設按照“2522”的整體框架進行布局，即夯實數(shù)字基礎設施和數(shù)據資源體系“兩大基礎”，推進數(shù)字技術與經濟、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)文明建設“五位一體”深度融合，強化數(shù)字技術創(chuàng)新體系和數(shù)字安全屏障“兩大能力”，優(yōu)化數(shù)字化發(fā)展國內國際“兩個環(huán)境”。
